2. Courses & Workshops
• Some courses may be eligible for a refund within a certain number of days after purchase (7 days), while others may be non-refundable.

3. Digital Products & Materials
Digital downloads, templates, and recorded content are generally non-refundable once accessed.

[email protected] :يجب إرسال جميع طلبات الاسترجاع كتابيًا إلى فريق الدعم عبر البريد الإلكتروني
أهلية الاسترجاع تعتمد على نوع المنتج (دورة تدريبية، ورشة عمل، مواد رقمية، أو اشتراك)
في حال الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية
::ا2. الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل
بعض الدورات قد تكون مؤهلة للاسترجاع خلال عدد معين من الأيام بعد الشراء (7 أيام)، بينما قد تكون أخرى غير قابلة للاسترجاع
